Background
Georgina began her articles at PKF in 2007. During this period, her portfolio included a wide range of clients ranging from multinationals, listed clients, public sector entities, non-governmental organizations and private companies. She gained extensive experience in various industries including Information Technology, Education, Electronics, Chemical Production and Manufacturing. She completed her articles in 2009, upon which she was promoted to Audit Manager in 2010. During that time, her portfolio expanded to consist of auditing and consultancy with emphasis on the following: public sector work with specific focus on government departments and public entity audits on behalf of the Auditor General of South Africa; consultancy work; statutory audits of entities listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange (JSE)
She was then promoted to the position of Director in April 2012 where she project managed a number of audit and advisory engagements and worked on various internal projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness around processes, deliverables and timing.
In 2015, Georgina decided to start a fully black owned firm, Tholisiwe Consulting.

Tafadzwa Chifamba Director

Background
After completing high school in 2002, Tafadzwa began his articles at a Big 4 auditing firm in 2003. During this period, his portfolio included a wide range of clients that included multinationals, listed clients, non-governmental organisations and private companies. The industries he gained experience in included Agriculture, Automotive, Mining, Transport, Education, Manufacturing, Chemical Production, and Energy.
In addition to his responsibilities within the audit department, he was also selected to be a certified trainer of the global audit methodology for the Africa Region. In 2008, he joined PKF Chartered Accountants as an Audit Manager. During that time his portfolio consisted of public sector work with specific focus on Sector Education Training Authorities (Seta’s) and local municipality audits on behalf of the Auditor General of South Africa.
After his promotion to Senior Manager in 2010, his portfolio expanded to include auditing, consultancy and corporate finance clients, most of which are listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange across a number of different sectors. These sectors included Information Technology (IT) and business outsourcing, consultancy, IT security and monitoring, property development, health services, food production, mining, retail and energy sectors.
In 2013, PKF merged with Mazars Chartered Accountants and in September 2014, Tafadzwa was appointed as a Director of Mazars in Pretoria, South Africa. In 2015, Tafadzwa joined Tholisiwe as a director.
